4.Blizzard Peak (A small village that takes place on top of a mountain)

Now I think I know what your thinking: 1, how did my ideas get so fast? And 2, why did you skip to the nitro cups?  I was to impatient to wait.  And I wanted to do the starting cups.  Here they are:
